By placing an order you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Purchase: Because each piece is 100% hand-made, slight variations will occur from one piece to the next. Your canvas will not be exactly the same as the one featured here, though every effort is made to produce the same level of quality, accuracy, and beauty in each and every piece. Also because of the hand-made nature of these prints, refunds are not available except in extreme cases where a product is damaged during shipment (which, knock on wood, has never happened). Finished Glowing Night pieces will be shipped as soon as the (optional) lighting box is complete, which usually takes approximately 10 days from the date of purchase. Custom orders take approximately 3 - 5 weeks to produce. I will keep you updated on the process, and you will receive tracking info when your art is shipped.
